"God forbid that I should glory save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom the world is crucified to me, and I to the world." (Gal. 6: 14)

The audio sermon for Low Sunday (First Sunday after Easter). The doubt and hesitancy of the Apostles only serves to strengthen our faith. The Apostles are only weak humans, but are given divine authority. It is a terrible responsibility that rests upon their shoulders because they must render an account of all the souls entrusted to them by God. This places a similar responsibility for all the people to pray and assist the bishops constantly. As our pastors pray and sacrifice for us, we need to do the same for them. If we are to have good pastors we must do our part in praying and sacrificing for them so that they may be good shepherds to our souls.

Audio sermon for Easter Sunday. The Resurrection is a reminder to us that each day we are given another chance to start anew. We must pick ourselves up from our sins, faults, and failings with a renewed vigor and strive to increase the love of God in our hearts. Charity is not something that just happens, it is something that we must consciously cultivate and develop. Let us put off the old man as St. Paul tells us and put on the new man in Christ Jesus today and every day forward so that we may not be found lacking on that Last Day.
